Privacy Policy for Signal Tile Lab
Privacy Policy for Signal Tile Lab
About this policy
Aplink technologies provides Signal Tile Lab, an offline circuit puzzle game. This policy describes data handling supported by the current application. For privacy questions, contact info@aplinkllc.online.
Data accessed and stored
Signal Tile Lab works without an account. The app stores gameplay information locally on your device, including completed circuits, personal best move counts, whether hints were used, remaining hints, and the current circuit’s tile positions, move count and undo history. It also stores your sound and move-counter preferences.
The app does not request your name, email address or other account information. The inspected application does not access contacts, location, photos, camera or microphone, and does not collect advertising identifiers.
How data is used
Locally saved information lets you resume a circuit, undo rotations, track progress and personal bests, unlock packs, maintain your hint balance and restore your preferences. Sound effects are generated on the device and do not involve audio recording.
Collection, sharing and third-party software
The current gameplay implementation does not transmit saved gameplay information to Aplink technologies or third parties. It has no implemented advertising, analytics, remote crash-reporting services or developer-operated account or cloud-sync service. The inspected dependencies provide application interface and runtime functionality; no advertising or analytics SDKs were identified.
The Android app declares internet permission, but the active gameplay implementation does not use it to send data or require an internet connection.
Android backup
The Android application permits operating-system backup. Depending on your device, Android version and backup settings, Android may include locally stored app data in backups or transfer it to another device. That handling is controlled by your operating system and backup provider under their settings and policies. It is separate from the app’s gameplay functionality.
Browser preview storage
If you use the browser preview, gameplay information and preferences are saved in that browser’s local storage. Clearing the preview’s site data removes that local save. This storage supports saving progress rather than advertising or tracking.
Security
On Android, saves use the app’s private preferences storage. The browser preview uses browser local storage. The application does not implement additional encryption for these saves. Protection depends in part on your device or browser security. No storage method can guarantee absolute security.
The current gameplay implementation does not transmit data, so it does not implement a gameplay data-transfer encryption mechanism. Any operating-system backup protection depends on the backup service.
Retention and deletion
Gameplay information remains in local storage until it is replaced, reset or removed. There is no automatic time-based deletion schedule in the current application.
To reset your local save, open Settings, select Reset Progress and confirm Reset everything. This returns saved attempts, completions, unlocks, records, hint history and preferences to their initial state. Restarting an individual circuit does not erase completed records or restore the hint balance.
You can also remove Android local app data through your device’s app-storage settings. Uninstalling normally removes local app data, although operating-system backups may remain or restore information later. Manage backup copies through your device or backup provider. For the browser preview, clear the relevant site data in your browser.
For deletion questions or assistance, email info@aplinkllc.online. Aplink technologies has no implemented remote gameplay database from which to delete your local save and cannot directly erase data held only on your device or in your operating-system backups.
Children’s privacy
The supplied information does not establish a specific intended age group. The current app does not request ages, create accounts or implement personal-information collection, advertising or tracking, including for children. Parents or guardians can use the local deletion controls described above and contact info@aplinkllc.online with privacy concerns.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the app or its data practices. Any revised policy should describe the practices of the updated application.
